Plant your training efforts in time and space, and watch yourself grow. Nurture these actions with good eating, sleeping, and drinking habits as you would water and feed crops. Harvest the bounty when the time is right, by executing your sport, art, or work better than before. Share the yield and nourish others with your gains.
Good reminders, Michael. Today I nourished the adrenal glands with plenty of protein and vitamin C.
Thanks Jean!
Now I understand the word choice! Love it! “Farm” my training day! I will! I just love it!
There had been days I had second thoughts!
Thanks for the reminders, Mike.
Love the way you put that. Makes perfect sense!
I’m glad you think so given the economy of your poems. I had considered going on and on and then bored myself into one paragraph.
Keeping it short is usually best. That’s what I’ve learned, anyway. Otherwise you just lose your readers!
